I left the blue collar world at age 20 to start my career in the mortgage business in 2004. I started at a California Mortgage Brokerage where I did my first reverse mortgage. In 2011 I joined HighTechLending Inc. as the Operations Manager for the Reverse Department. As we grew over the years from doing 5 loans a month to 165 loans, I encountered countless different scenarios to draw experience from. Now as the Vice President of HTL Wholesale, my focus is on helping develop our TPO Partners and Account Executives to grow our businesses and take things to the next level by capturing more of the Wholesale Market Share.
